Cake Jewelry (as a singular entity) was started in 2001 by jewelry designer Meike Williams. She opened her first retail store in 2004, and soon realized it would be a great outlet for all the jewelry artists she had been meeting over the years as well. In 2007, a solid effort to consolidate this group of up-and-coming designers into a cohesive network of support and substance gave birth to the revamped website and overall company identity, wherein all the lines would be well represented.
Our roster of artists is handpicked for both their talent and
dedication to quality of craft, and we are honored to represent them as part
of our growing family.
